The service indicators on CeramicSpeed Bike App are an estimation of the condition of your and its components. We provide service intervals on all your components. The condition of your components is giving through a best-practice estimation based on the type of riding and Strava distance you have logged up.

We think you should replace the broken component on your bike immediately so you can get out and ride again. Based on this experience, you now have more knowledge of the component’s durability, and we suggest that you change the service interval upon this information. This way you can have your bike serviced earlier next time and reduce the chance of a breakdown that leaves you stranded on the road.

To change the service interval, go to CeramicSpeed Bike App Dashboard > select bike > select component > Edit Component > go to “Recommended Service Life” and change the values to your liking.
